The property is located off the main route to Hope Cove on a quiet side road in Galmpton. There's space for 2 cars outside on the private driveway and the annexe has private access.
Step up from the parking area into the open plan living area with modern kitchen complete with all expected appliances. There's a dining table for 4 as well as sofa and chairs. The flat screen TV has terrestrial channels. A door leads out to the south facing decked area with perfect seating for sunny breakfasts.
The first bedroom is located off the living area and features a double bed, ample storage as well as an en suite shower room.
The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has 2 single beds as well as another en suite shower room. Again there's ample storage.
Steps lead down from the decked area to the garden below. Guests have use of a Weber Kettle BBQ as well as a dining table and chairs for alfresco evenings after a hard day on the beach.
